Section 11B. Not notified seeds shall not be sold or distributed: 11B.1 Except for the purpose of agriculture investigation, nobody may sell and distribute seeds which is not notified pursuant this Act. 11B.2 Seeds inspector shall seize such seeds if the sales and distribution of seeds has been made beyond the Notification as pursuant to Sub-section 11B.1.
