Description
section 16 (1) Timber and Firewood may be collected and taken out from the Forest area during the period between Kartik (October 17) to Jestha (June 14), in the districts specified by the Government of Nepal by publishing notification in the Nepal Gazette and in the case of forest are of other districts, the District Forest Officer shall, in consultation with the District Development Committee shall determine a period for collection and removal of Timber and firewood from the forest area maximum for eight months in a year and timber an firewood shall be collected and taken out from the Forest Area within that time limit.
