Procedure Name	Local Development Fee for mineral excavation
Description	Mines and Minerals Rules, 2056 (1999) Rule 22. Local Development Fee: A licensee for excavation shall, in exporting minerals from the mining gate, have to pay local development fee at the rate of one tenth of the royalty fixed in accordance with Rule 21 in each time on the basis of the quantity of minerals so exported to the District Development Committee or any other agency prescribed by the said Committee.
