Section 15A. Powers to restrict export or import: Government of Nepal may, by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, restrict the import of the Seeds of any such specific Variety which may cause damage to or adverse impacts on the agricultural activities in Nepal or the export of the Seeds of any such specific Variety of Nepalese origin as should not be exported for any specific reason
