| Description | Electricity Rules, 2050 (1993) Section 25. To Renew the License for survey production, transmission or distribution of electricity:- (1) The license issued in accordance with the Act and these Rules shall have to be renewed one year before the expiry of the period as mentioned in the license.. (2) While renewing a license pursuant to Sub-section (3) of Section 5 of the Act, an amount ....................as prescribed in Schedule-11 shall be charged. |
