KASTI Himalayan Buckwheat Honey Buckwheat honey is very strong deep in taste and dark in color. It is less sweet than other regular honey but rich in vitamins and higher in antioxidants contents. Buckwheat is commonly farmed grain in pristine hill and mountains of Nepal up to 4500 m above sea level. When in bloom short stalks produce large pink or white flowers. Being rich sources of both pollen and nectar, bees love foraging from these flowers.
